POWERBOAT RACING A POWERBOAT race steeped in history, drama and glamour is set to make a comeback. The Cowes to Monte Carlo Powerboat Race is being resurrected after almost 40 years by the 2008 Round-Britain management team of Mike Lloyd, Peter Myles and Alan Goodwin.
